Bas van Steenbergen: A Winters Day

The talented duo of Bas and Tom van Steenbergen have become the latest additions to the deity DH Pro Roster and deity's Harrison Mendel captures Bas doing what he does best at Postil!  We are so excited to have them part of the deity Bloodline for the 2012 DH season, so expect to see some amazing edits from them soon!  Props also go out to Harrison who is one of the biggest up and coming talents behind a camera...it also helps that he is AMAZING on a bike!  True talents...

The deity Compound Pedals are Back!

Just a heads up...the deity Compound pedals are back in stock in all colors!!  Also, we have made a modification to the mold to tighten the thread tolerances for the end caps. This now allows for increased torque during assembly and will keep the end caps from coming loose. The design change from us is an improvement that should be seen across this Nylon Fiber pedal platform. Get shopping!

The deity 2012 Downhill Sponsorship program is open!  With the launch of the new handlebars, we have opened up our Fresh Blood DH sponsorship for the 2012 season! Submissions must be received no later than January 1st 2012 and should include:

1) Who you are and why you want to fly the deity flag
2) Full results, including race category
3) Season plans for 2012
4) Current sponsors

Unsprung and deity at the Mettle Games!

Congratulations to Unsprung Bikes' Ian Krempl who represented deity at this years Mettle Games with amazing results. "Here are some shots of the Mettle Games where I finished 4th just missing the "race for Top 3" by milliseconds, Brutal.. Top placing DownHill Bike equipped with the goods from Deity. Mettle is an extreme sports festival and this year they decided to include Downhill, Urban Downhill. Mettle also marked the end of the season for 2011. I took part in my first Trials Bike Comp over the weekend where I finished 2nd. STOKED, Look like I'll be racing a lot more different events next year.
