Nick Simcik and Teva Games Update

Teva:  I just got home from Teva games.  The event was great!  While I had a few bobbles in my qualifying runs and did not make finals, I am riding at a high level and am just waiting for everything to come together.  I had some great runs and saw some awesome images from the event including this shot from Dave Wright: http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/6696152/

I also put together an edit from the event.  I was playing around with my Contour HD mounts a bit, some of the best runs were with the mount not fully secured (sorry Lacy), but I think it came out great.  http://www.pinkbike.com/video/200980/

This upcoming Sunday, I will be part of PlusSizeBMX's live TV show.  I will be doing an interview as part of the show, so if you have time, please check it out, if not, they will be posting a replay you can watch at your leisure.  http://www.vimeo.com/24325320

Shelby Smith is a local videographer, he is young and hungry.  We just went out and shot this week for a bike check of my new bike and of me preparing for Chatel Mountain Style which is in France, where I will be competing and writing an article for Decline magazine.  http://www.pinkbike.com/video/201197/  Shelby and I will be out again this week shooting some more at the new Valmont bike park here in Boulder, so expect to see some more great things!

Next up on tap is the Lyons Outdoor games this weekend, Claymore Challenge at Highland Bike Park in New Hampshire and then straight to Chatel.

My bikes and gear are amazing, I am getting to help with product testing and design on a few, so I am learning a ton and hoping to start doing even more.  Thank you for making sure my bikes are the best running and coolest looking bike on the FMB circuit.

I will have way more media for you throughout the season and I hope to see you all soon.

Nick

Freaky Friday: We'd Give You 5 Dollars...

We love "Joshua". Actually, we view it as one of the most underrated films of the last decade. Gorgeously filmed, acted, scored, and without a doubt...endearing, "Joshua" is the type of film that will sit with you for a while. It is moving, sad, intelligent, and poignant...get on this film parents, film buffs, devoted horror fans, admirers of the great Hitchcock, and those who just need to broaden their tastes. Sorry, no Will Farrell movies from us...we hate that crap.

A Pic From Our Customer, Mike Maravas...

We are fortunate to have the best customers in the world and Mike Maravas is no exception. A long time supporter, Mike just sent us a quality pic of him at his local spot. Thanks for representing Mike!
