The New Site: Clear Your Cookies Kiddies!
Just a useful tip for more reasons than one: to view the new site properly, clear your cookies from your computer! In fact, these should be cleared everyday which is a good computer practice to remove the garbage off your system. If you do not, you will be seeing some of the old pages from the old site of ours as your computer saves site images as "cookies" and unless these are cleared...they just stay in your system. Just a tip!
First Session at Zach's Trails Goes Down!
The first true session of deity's Zach Hensley's backyard went down this past weekend with a massive crew rolling in to finish up some trail work and test out Zach's craftsmanship. With Cob present, there were two deity Cryptkeeper prototype frames on hand and from the looks of it, it was handling the trails perfectly as always. Props to Zach and his crew for the amazing work they have put into their trails. Endless hours went into them and it definitely shows!

Don't Forget...Rollins in Boise This Sunday!
The Knitting Factory in Boise will be hosting the latest stop in the Henry Rollins spoken word tour this Sunday! The front man for notorious bands such as Black Flag and the Rollins Band, Henry's spoken word events are littered with intellect, wit, and satire on current events and his day to day travels. Critically acclaimed and an interesting venue to get further insight into one of the most influential artists in USA punk music, Henry is vocal about his beliefs whether you or I agree with all of them. For that, we tip our hat and will be there to support him as always! Doors open at 7:00pm so get there early as we will be already sipping on a few Jack and Cokes in preparation.

The New Softgoods Collection is Available!
Have you ever noticed how every bike company's softgoods consist of the same old bike related formula, logo, and style? We do not wear them for a reason and to be able to make our own designs and clothing has allowed us to channel our graphic art directly into the tees. They may be morbid, odd to some, or offensive, but there is a reason countless musicians, film directors, producers, and people outside of the sport of cycling contact us all of the time and to be able to do it our way...is just the deity style.
Check out our new Softgoods Collection pages for images of the new shirts, our flat bill 210 fitted 3D embroidered black on black hats, zip up hoodies and more. We are about to dive into the new Decline Magazine tribute tee that they will be giving away through the magazine in the next few months. It will be a head turner by the time we are done. With the new line available, hit up your local stocking deity dealer or pick some up at our Official Store! Go represent...
The Talent of Nor Cal Trailbosses....
Zach Hensley and his crew have been digging every day, all day, and putting in more hours than people do at full time jobs. The quality of their work exceeds anything you or I have seen and when it comes to a session, they do not hold back either. Just check out this pic of Clint Chandler that Zach shot a couple of days ago!
Zach describes it best..."Listen to this trick list he pulled in 1 hour a couple days ago on a set we built: Nastiest dump 360 ever, Truck driver, Opposite 360, 720 first try, Backflip, Flip no hander, Tailwhip! One f*cking hour dude. Sh*t blew my mind. This fool goes on the contest circuit and he will top 3 everyone, I have no doubt!"

What we are listening to....
Like the day we launched this blog a month ago...we are still listening to Russia's Messer Chups on a daily basis. You cannot go wrong with any of their albums, but we cannot seem to turn off "Hyena Safari". Too damn good, creative, and keeping me going on the new site as we are finishing it up this week. Now, if only we could get Messer Chups to tour the USA. Hopefully someday! Check them out on I Tunes or hit up their site!

So You Think You Can Build Trails?
Maybe you can, but we have never ever seen anything so beautiful when it comes to trails as deity's Zach Hensley's backyard. If you did not know, Zach recently moved and is finally able to build on his own property which means...no bulldozers to worry about and any trespassers will get shot.
The skill Zach and his crew have is untouchable and having someone like Zach part of deity is an honor. The amount of time that goes into building one jump of this quality is enough to kill your back, hands, and feet, so imagine what it takes to sculpt those berms. Crazy! Read more...for a lot more images....

Cierra Smith Update from the US Open....
We just received an e-mail from Wil updating us about Cierra's runs at the US Open. Needless to say...she was fast! Have we mentioned she is only 14? Here is the word from Wil...
"Smith's traveled to New Jersey this past weekend for the 2010 US Open of Mountain Biking...and it was a great success.
Cierra won the Amateur women JR category as well as having the second fastest Amateur women's senior time @ 3.14. Although they did not give her the medal for senior (bogus) she would have also qualified for Pro women in 11th place.
They would not let Cierra race up at the event because she had not raced here before and is only 14. This was a VERY tough course with some ever changing conditions.
Cierra Smith 2010 US Open of mountain biking JR Amateur Champion. I could not be prouder of her efforts and she did an amazing job."(pics. Ian Hylands)
